Service Agreement

By engaging Finishing Touch Furniture Service for kitchen renovation services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include design consultation, custom cabinetry, installation, and related renovation work as specified in your project contract.

Project Scope & Changes

All work will be performed according to the agreed-upon project specifications. Any changes to the original scope must be approved in writing and may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. We will provide written estimates for any requested modifications.

Payment Terms

Payment schedule will be outlined in your project contract. Typically:

  • Design consultation fee due upon completion of design phase
  • 50% deposit required before material ordering and construction begins
  • Progress payments as outlined in contract
  • Final payment due upon project completion and approval

Timeline & Delays

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeline. However, unforeseen circumstances such as material delays, weather conditions, or structural discoveries may affect the schedule. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize impact on your project.

Quality & Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our work and materials. Any defects in workmanship will be corrected at no additional cost when reported within a reasonable timeframe. Material defects are covered by manufacturer warranties.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. All work is performed in accordance with local building codes and industry standards.
